Welcome to the Stillpoint! I look forward to welcoming you to our peaceful home clinic in Bowness. Please allow extra time on your first visit for an in-depth discussion of your health history, treatment goals and any questions you may have about my training and experience.
Slowing down is of great benefit to the body/mind and also promotes deeper integration of the session. This is especially true when working with chronic pain and stress-related conditions. The inherent capacity of the body and nervous system to heal and restructure when given appropriate support is nothing short of amazing. My style of work is to proceed with moderate pressure and careful listening to the feedback from your tissues. I have studied a variety of modalities with an emphasis on craniosacral therapy and have a particular interest and specialized training for working with whiplash, post-concussion and old injuries.
